Constructive Compliance offers a range of services relating to compliance with Building Regulations Part L1A and L1B Energy Efficiency and Part G Water Efficiency. We can also advise on Energy and Sustainability aspects of residential planning applications and offer general technical guidance on energy efficiency, sustainability and renewable technology in the residential sector./p>

Tom O'Reilly is an accredited assessor for SAP (residential new -build energy assessment) and undertakes Part G Water Efficiency assessments, and is an Architecture undergraduate at Bristol University.
